In some systems that you have integrated with Bedrock, there may be a certain limit to the number of API calls you can make. If this is the case and you may find that you are hitting your limits after setting up the Bedrock integration, you may need to customize how frequently the sync runs to avoid this from happening in the future.
To change how frequently the sync runs, follow the below steps:
1. Go to your Bedrock dashboard and either turn on or turn off your sync and then turn it back on.
2. A pop window with the options for how you would like to run the sync will appear (To learn about the two types of syncs, click here). To access the area where you an customize the sync time, click on Advanced.
3. The default is every 5 minutes so you'll want to move this out to say 10 minutes to see if this prevents your API limits from exceeding. You may need to troubleshoot the length of time that works best for your particular system limits. At this time, 5 minutes is the shortest allowed interval between sync runs.
