In our HubSpot connector, you are required to login to HubSpot in order to connect your Bedrock Data integration to your HubSpot account.
Sometimes, you might need or want to change the HubSpot user that Bedrock Data uses to connect to HubSpot. For example, you might need to make a change if the original user account that was used to connect to HubSpot gets disabled (for example, if that person leaves your company).
In this case, please follow the steps below in order to update the HubSpot user utilized by Bedrock Data.
Step 1. Login at my.bedrockdata.com and go to the Connectors section
Step 2. Locate the HubSpot connector, and click the dropdown labeled "Installed"
Step 3. Click on the copy of the HubSpot connector you would like to update
Most customers only have one copy of the HubSpot connector. Usually this is "hubspot0".
Step 4. In the popup the appears, click "Switch Accounts"
Step 5. Login to HubSpot
You will be redirected to HubSpot. Login and, if prompted, choose the HubSpot portal that you want to connect to. Ensure that this is the same HubSpot portal your connector was connected to previously.
Step 6. Save the Connector
After you login to HubSpot, you will be redirected back to Bedrock Data, and you should see the "Connector Settings" dialog again, telling you "You're signed into HubSpot!" Click the "Save" button.
After you complete these steps, the integration should pick back up where it last left off before it was no longer able to access HubSpot. The Dashboard will begin to show successful syncs reassuring that everything is working as expected.
