API Version and Limits
The Formstack Sync InfusionSoft Connector is currently using v1 of the InfusionSoft API. All InfusionSoft applications are limited to a total of 125,000 api calls per day (25 calls per second max). More on this can be found on InfusionSoft's developer site here.
Important Consideration(s)
Every Connector has a set of considerations and limitations that can impact how data will flow from one system to another. These may not be the only limitations depending on your integration needs. Make sure to discuss your key integration goals with your Formstack Sync sales representative to ensure we can meet your needs.
- If you are planning to bring opportunities into InfusionSoft your connected system must also have the ability to attach opportunities to contacts.
- The label for the field "Description" on InfusionSoft activities in the API is labelled "Creation Notes".
- Tags are mappable as a Multi-Select field and are Read-Only. This means you can push Tags from Infusionsoft to another Connector but you cannot create Tags from another Connector into Infusionsoft.
