This error will either appear in your Dashboard's activity feed or in your Transaction Report.

422 Unprocessable Entity / Record has been changed / {'message': 'Record has been changed', 'code': 'RCRD_HAS_BEEN_CHANGED'}

When writing an update to an existing record in Netsuite, if that record is getting updated bu either another Netsuite user or perhaps another Script, this error will get returned.

How to Resolve

This should be a relatively rare error but when it does happen, you will want to re-sync your records that hit this message to ensure that what ever updates were trying to get processed do take place. We recommend putting in place an On-Demand Trigger field if you don't already have one to help with this re-syncing process.
